Right of Withdrawal:

For contracts between a consumer and an entrepreneur, the law intends a fortnight’s right of rescission in particular cases. This is the consumer’s right especially in the following circumstances:

1. In a so-called distance selling contract - this is a contract that is closed exclusively by means of distance communication media, i.e. telephone, e-mail, or post. The purchase of our software, if applicable including update subscription rights within the first year of usage, forms a distance selling contract if said contract is closed using one of the aforementioned media. Please note that a right of rescission does not exist for software that has been unsealed by you (i.e. broken seal or removed wrapping), nor for products that have been customised to your specifications (as, for instance, individual and special programming). 2. In a so-called contract for delivery in instalments – this is a contract for the periodical distribution of similar products. The participation in our update subscription service, enabling you to update your software even after one year of usage, forms a contract for delivery in instalments. As a consumer, you can rescind your product order as well as the subscription of our update service within two weeks of receiving the delivery in written form – i.e. by mail, fax or any other lasting medium – without specifying a reason. Instead of writing, you can also send the product back to us within two weeks of receiving the delivery to the following address:

   In order to adhere to the specified deadline, the timely dispatch is sufficient. Unfortunately, we cannot accept deliveries where the delivery cost is to be paid upon receipt. After receiving the product, we will refund, without delay, the sales price and the cost of returning it to an account specified by you. We expressly reserve the right to not refund delivery costs for products where the order value is less than € 40.00, the exception being cases where the product delivered does not correspond to the product ordered.
